Beta terms

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Alain Di Chiappari ("we", "us"). Contact: info@faccio.app. They apply to the beta waiting list of sudo.

2. Joining the waiting list

When you sign up, you join a waiting list for the beta. It is free and you don't need to buy anything. Signing up does not guarantee a place: we invite testers in small groups, and we may not invite everyone.

You must be at least 16 years old, and the email you give must be yours.

3. What a beta is

If we invite you, you get early access to an app that is still being built. That means:

Please don't rely on a beta app as the only place you keep something important.

4. Price

The beta is free. When an app launches publicly it may become a paid product. We will tell you the price before you are ever asked to pay, and nothing is charged automatically when the beta ends.

5. Your feedback

We'd love your feedback. If you send ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve our apps, without owing you anything for them. We will never publish your name or your words without asking first.

6. Fair use

Please don't try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service, don't use it for anything illegal, and don't share your beta access with others without asking us.

7. Ending

You can leave the waiting list or the beta at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link. We may end the beta, or your access to it, at any time. If we do, we will try to tell you in advance.

8. Liability

The beta is provided "as is", without any warranty. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost data while you use a beta. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Privacy

How we handle your email is explained in the privacy policy.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you first. These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
